LGBT Ministry

Who We Are

We are a diverse and blended group of lesbian, gay and transgender spiritual travelers who have made SLC our home.

Vision

We are here to reach out to new LGBT individuals who are in search of connection and friendship. We know that it can be hard to find a place that fully embraces and accepts us. SLC is this place and for that reason we choose not to segregate ourselves from our spiritual family. Integration is our greatest strength, this is why we keep our activities and events open to everyone.

Mission

We organize two events a year!

A booth at Sacramento’s Annual Gay Pride Festival: We find this is a great way to share with other Sacramento LGBT individuals Spiritual Life Center’s beautiful mission and vision of “oneness” in our world.

LGBT Summer Pot Luck and BBQ: Find out who your SLC LGBT brothers and sisters are. There a quit a few of us attending SLC and we don’t always know one another, so this is a fun meet and greet opportunity. All are welcome!
